This white text box will soon be filled with beautifully descriptive language depicting how much, we as therapists, understand how crappy life can feel when you are struggling. And we will also highlight our skills and show how we can help you navigate this period where life some days (or every day) feels like a steaming pile of garbage. But that content doesn't exist yet, because, like you, we are finite humans with wonderfully conflicting priorities that prevent us from sitting at our computers all day. And genuine connection is so core to who we are, that we struggled building a website with a bunch of AI-generated phrases just to get something published. So here you have it. A placeholder. But a really honest one that aligns with our beliefs. And if you take nothing else away from our (content-anemic) website, we hope you can see that we are imperfect humans who value sincerity, vulnerability, and just the right amount of humor to build meaningful connections and help each other heal.
