coeo grew from the foundational idea that all humans need a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to show up, take risks, and thrive while trusting they don’t have to do it alone. 

while coeo started as a mental health therapy practice, we have since expanded this model to other mental health & wellness professionals, students, like-minded businesses, and the community.
